Design Margins
Include 3mm bleed on all sides and keep text/logos at least 5mm from trim edges.

300 DPI Images
All images must be high resolution (300 DPI minimum) for crisp, professional printing.

CMYK Color Mode
Convert all files to CMYK color mode. RGB colors may appear differently when printed.

Embedded Fonts
Outline or embed all fonts to ensure your typography displays exactly as designed.

Application Setup Guides
Canva
1. Setup: Go to File > Settings and select Show Print Bleed. A dashed line will appear around your design workspace.
2. Exporting: Click Share > Download. Select PDF Print as the file type to ensure 300dpi output.
3. Marks & Color: Check Include crop marks and bleed. If using Canva Pro, select CMYK as the color profile.
Adobe InDesign
1. New Files: Click New File, choose a document size, and in the Bleed and Slug part, enter the size of the bleed (3mm).
2. Finished Designs: Open the Properties tab or click Export. Under Marks and Bleeds, check the measurement in Bleeds.
3. Final Export: Make sure the bleed is 3mm for all sides by unchecking Use Document Bleed Settings if necessary, then click Export.
Adobe Illustrator
1. New Files: Click New File, choose a document size, and in the Bleed part, enter the size of the bleed (3mm).
2. Save as PDF: Go to File, click Save As, and select Adobe PDF from the dropdown menu.
3. Marks & Bleeds: Under Marks and Bleeds, ensure the bleed is set to 3mm for all sides and click Save PDF.
