- All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
- Shipping, and handling fees are not included. You are responsible for paying any additional charges associated with your order.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Boombam Printing accepts payment methods as specified on the website.
- Boombam Printing reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with inaccurate or incomplete information or suspected fraudulent
activity.
11. Shipping and Delivery
- Boombam Printing will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated timeframe specified on the website. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for ordered items passed to you upon delivery to the carrier. Boombam Printing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.
- You may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Boombam Printing is not responsible for any such additional charges.
12. Returns and Refunds
- Boombam Printing strives to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a reprint.
- Boombam Printing may require you to provide photographic evidence or return the defective or damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 15 business days to process. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by
Boombam Printing.
13. Privacy
- Boombam Printing values your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of
your information as described in the Privacy Policy. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or passwords associated with the Website and for restricting access to your account.
14. Approving an Order
- Prior to production, Boombam Printing will provide you with a proof of your order for approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including design, spelling, layout, and any other relevant details.
- Approval of the proof indicates your acceptance of the design and specifications. Once approved, changes may not be possible, and any subsequent revisions may incur additional charges.
- Boombam Printing is not responsible for any errors or omissions that were approved by you in the final proof.
15. Colour Matching
- While Boombam Printing strives to accurately reproduce colours, there may be slight variations between the final printed materials and the colours displayed on your computer screen or in the provided proof.
- Boombam Printing cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to differences in equipment, materials, and printing processes. Minor colour variations do not constitute grounds for a refund or reprint.
16. Folding
- If your order includes folding, Boombam Printing will follow standard folding practices. However, precise folding alignment cannot be guaranteed due to variations in paper thickness and the inherent nature of the folding process.
17. Booklet Notching
- During the saddle-stitching binding method, small notches on the bottom or top edge of the spine can occur after trimming. Please note that this is a normal occurrence and not a printing,
finishing, or binding fault. - Several factors can increase the likelihood of notching, including thicker booklets (approximately 48-50 pages or more), heavier weight covers (e.g., 350gsm), and high ink coverage on the cover.
- While these notches are typically very small and not easily noticeable, if you prefer to prevent them from occurring, we recommend selecting either matt or gloss laminating for your covers at the time of placing your order. By laminating the cover of your booklets, you can effectively prevent notches from forming during the trimming process.
18. Hole Drilling
- When paper is drilled for holes after the printing process, it is important to note that paper, being a fibrous material, can naturally experience cracking around the drill hole area. While we take every precaution to minimise cracking, in certain circumstances, it may be unavoidable.
19. Paper & Laminate
- Boombam Printing offers a variety of paper and laminate options for your printing needs. It is your responsibility to select the appropriate paper type and finish during the ordering process.
- Please note that the appearance of colours and textures may vary depending on the chosen paper and laminate. Boombam Printing recommends requesting samples or proofs if you have
specific requirements.
20. Bundling
- For convenience and protection during shipping, Boombam Printing may bundle multiple copies of your printed materials together using bands, shrink wrap, or other suitable methods.
- While reasonable care is taken to ensure proper bundling, Boombam Printing is not responsible for any damage or marking that may occur during the bundling process.
